This is a very hard debate because both Earthquakes and Volcanoes are very dangerous. If i had a choice as to live some place with volcanoes or earthquakes, I would pick the place with earthquake. I would pick a place with earthquakes because they don’t have the ability to melt your skin right off your bones. Volcanoes are way more dangerous than earthquakes. For example: they push out molten lava at very high speeds and they can also push out very dense smoke that could make your lungs collapse right on the spot. I would rather be smashed by a falling building than be burned alive by molten lava. You may even survive being almost crushed by falling debris in a earthquake. With volcanoes you have no chance of surviving being burned alive. I do not know what you would choose but for me, volcanoes are way more dangerous than earthquakes. http://www.uwiseismic.com/General.aspx?id=14 http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-01-22/mexicos-spectacular-colima-volcano-eruption/6033332
