I think that earthquakes are more dangerous than volcanoes. Earthquakes are can result in more destruction after it happens. It can result in tsunamis and landslides. Some Earthquakes can cause a volcano to erupt without anybody knowing. Earthquakes can also destroy miles of land. In 1906 an earthquake destroyed 375,000 square miles. After that 400,000 were homeless. Earthquakes are even harder to detect than volcanoes.
